Standard online box delivery requires at least 36 hours of notice. Larger or bespoke events are best planned 48–72 hours ahead so we can confirm menu availability, quantities, presentation, and timing.

Online checkout is currently available for enabled addresses within Dubai. For Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, or another UAE location, contact us before ordering so we can review the distance, timing, and service format.

Dubai checkout currently uses a flat AED 55 delivery fee. The fee is shown in the order summary before payment. A separately quoted event or wider-UAE request may use different logistics pricing.

Available one-hour delivery windows currently run from 10:00 to 21:00 Dubai time and appear during checkout after you select an eligible date. Times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, building access, weather, or public restrictions.

You can begin the online ordering flow with one available canapé box. Each product page shows its current size, canapé count, and price. Bespoke events, venue supply, and wider-UAE delivery are quoted separately and may have their own minimums.

A practical starting point is 4–6 canapés per guest before a meal and 8–12 per guest for a longer reception or when canapés are the main food. Guest appetite, event length, and other dishes matter, so ask our team to refine the quantity for your occasion.

You can add different curated boxes to the same cart. Each box contains 16 canapés, with your choice of white or multigrain baguette. Online box contents are fixed so quality and presentation stay consistent. For substitutions, bespoke menus, staffing, or event setup, contact us before ordering; changes depend on availability and dietary safety.

Product pages show dietary and common-allergen information where available. Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, sesame, fish, shellfish, soy, mustard, and other allergens, so we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Tell us about allergies or medical dietary needs before payment.

Our meat ingredients are sourced from suppliers that represent them as Halal, including The Fabrique charcuterie, but Canapes Middle East is not a Halal-certified establishment. The Olivier Salad canapé in the Russian Box contains pork and is non-Halal; all other current menu canapés are made without pork. Separation controls reduce, but cannot eliminate, cross-contact risk.

Online box orders are delivery-only and arrive in packaging designed to protect presentation. Canapés are perishable and intended for prompt service; follow any refrigeration and handling instructions supplied with the order. Setup, serving staff, tableware, or venue service is included only when separately agreed.

Contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery window to request a change or cancellation. Requests inside 24 hours cannot be guaranteed because ingredients and made-to-order production may already be committed. The full cancellation and refund terms apply.
