This website is operated by Canapes Premium Food Restaurant LLC, legal and business name CANAPES PREMIUM FOOD RESTAURANT L.L.C, a Dubai limited liability company operating under Commercial Licence No. 1628259. Our billing address is Clover Bay - SH-03, Plot No 42-0, Bay Business, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

By placing an order or expressly accepting these terms at checkout, you agree to the version shown at that time. A separately signed quotation, event agreement, or venue-supply agreement takes priority only for the services and terms it expressly covers. The Arabic version governs if a translated version conflicts with it.

An order request is not accepted until the website confirms the order and payment authorisation or another agreed payment arrangement is complete. We may reject an order before acceptance if an item or delivery slot is unavailable, details appear incorrect or fraudulent, or the order falls outside our Dubai service area.

Before payment, checkout displays the selected boxes, piece counts, quantities, delivery address and window, subtotal, discounts, delivery charge, tax treatment, and final AED total. Please correct any error before paying. The confirmation and order-status page form part of your order record.

Prices are stated in UAE dirhams. Any delivery charge, discount, and applicable VAT are shown separately before payment. We do not add an undisclosed mandatory charge after checkout. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Where offered and selected, Tabby processes eligibility and pay-later payment under its own terms and privacy information. Canapes does not intentionally store full card numbers or card security codes.

We may authorise a Stripe or Tabby payment when you place the order and capture it after the delivery window is operationally confirmed. Tabby availability is subject to Tabby’s eligibility decision. If payment is declined, rejected, expires, or is not completed, the order is not confirmed unless we agree another payment method in writing.

For a standard online box order, contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery window to request a cancellation or change. If we accept a timely cancellation before ingredients or production have been irreversibly committed, we will issue a full refund. Requests made within 24 hours cannot be guaranteed because the food is perishable and prepared to order; we may deduct reasonable, evidenced, unrecoverable costs or decline the request once production has started.

Custom, large, staffed-event, recurring, and venue-supply orders may have different written cancellation milestones in the quotation or agreement. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory UAE consumer remedies. If we do not deliver, supply the wrong order, or the food is damaged, unsafe, or not as described, contact us promptly with the order reference and supporting details. Where the complaint is verified, we will provide the remedy required by law, which may include replacement, correction, credit, price reduction, or refund. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method, including Tabby where used, normally within five business days; the payment provider, bank, or card network may require additional processing time.

Online checkout is limited to addresses within our enabled Dubai service area. The delivery fee and available windows are shown before payment. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, access controls, public restrictions, or other events outside reasonable control. We will communicate a material delay when reasonably possible.

You must provide an accurate address, building, floor, recipient telephone number, and access instructions, and ensure that someone can receive the perishable food. If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, unreachable, refuses access, or supplied incorrect details, a new attempt is not automatic and may require a new delivery charge. We will not remove any remedy that must be provided by law where the failure was ours.

Our establishment is not halal-certified. Meat used in menu items other than the specifically marked Olivier Salad is sourced from suppliers that represent those meat products as halal. The Russian Box contains an Olivier Salad canapé made with pork and is therefore clearly identified as containing pork and non-Halal. We apply separate storage, preparation, utensil, and handling controls, but customers who require certified-halal production should not rely on this website as a halal certification.

Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, sesame, fish, shellfish, soy, mustard, and other allergens. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Customers must disclose allergies, intolerances, medical dietary needs, and religious dietary requirements before payment and must review the menu warnings. Contact us before ordering if a reaction could be serious.

Seasonal garnish, supplier availability, and food-safety controls may require a substitution. We will not knowingly replace an item with one that conflicts with a disclosed allergy, medical need, vegetarian or vegan selection, or pork/non-Halal warning without the customer’s express agreement.

If a material substitution is necessary, we will contact you where reasonably possible. You may accept the substitute or use any cancellation or refund right that applies under these terms or mandatory law.

Canapés are perishable and intended for prompt service. After handover, the customer or venue is responsible for refrigeration, hygienic handling, protection from contamination, and compliance with the storage or consumption instructions supplied with the order.

Do not serve food that has been left outside safe temperature control, appears damaged, or has passed a stated use-by time. Contact us immediately if the order arrives at an unsafe temperature or in damaged packaging.

We process contact, billing, delivery, dietary, order, and payment-reference information as described in our Privacy Policy. At checkout we keep a server-side record of the date, language, and versions of the Terms, Privacy Policy, cancellation/refund policy, and food-safety acknowledgements accepted for that order.

Transactional messages about payment, delivery, safety, refunds, or the order are not marketing. Marketing messages are sent only where a lawful permission or another applicable basis exists, and you can opt out of marketing without affecting service messages.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any limitation applies only to the fullest extent permitted by UAE law.

Subject to mandatory law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential business loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the order was accepted. This does not limit responsibility for food safety, fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or another liability that cannot be limited.

These terms and confirmed services are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of Dubai. Courts with jurisdiction in Dubai may hear disputes, without limiting any mandatory consumer complaint or dispute channel available to you.
